Not paying any of my agreed accounts

I went under review with ectogen, now I'm getting calls with retailers and capitec bank (had a loan) that ectogen isn't paying them at at all and now capitec took me to their attorneys, they want me to arrange payments with them because ectogen isn't paying even to other retailers. I phoned them demanding answers and said they will send me an email showing that they are paying but the consultant didn't do it and capitec won't stop asking for their money I'm even afraid this leads to garnish
