No response to mails!!
On 18 November 2015 08:40 AM I send JP of Octogen all my paid up letters, and requesting a clearance certificate. JP requested this from erhelp on Wed 11/18/2015 8:43 AM. I requested an update 25 November 2015 12:37 PM, and he referred the matter to Bianca. Up to today 30/11/2015, I have had no response. <br> <br> All the information was handed to them, and still no service. They were eager to sign me up when I needed help, but they do not commit to their promise on clearing your name!<br>
