No permission & Lies

I was curious about consolidation loans and out of interest app**** at Old Mutual Finance. Just after that I received a SMS and a call from Octogen and the lady just spoke over me, not giving time to explain it was out of curiousity. I did not give permission to be contacted by a third party, yet I was and I am furious that my personal information was given. I was told my debt is in the red zone but my credit score is excellent. So not only was I contacted without my consent, I am being told lies.
