No customer service at all

I'm so disappointed with this company, they put me under debt review for more than 5years now. I paid up all my debts and gave them paid up letters in 2015 already but to date I am still struggling to be removed from debt review I don't even know how I became their client. Each time when I request my name to be cleared they request paid up letters even after submitting nothing is being done, my life is at a standstill because of these people, they do not care what we going through. I'm so frustrated right now as I cannot do anything. Where can I report them because this is so *********.
