No Clearance certificate

I joined octogen about 6 years back and i have been paying my debts through them for 5 full years ..I finished paying of my debts through them but when it was time to get a clearance certificate i was told i should provide request paid up letters from my creditors which i dont think was my duty to do so since they (Octogen)have been the ones paying my debts.So i wen uo and down to get those paid up letters they requested and sent them to Octogen still i didnt get my clearance certificate..They told me there is an Fnb overdraft debt that is outstanding which i wasnt aware of because i thought they were handling all my debts ..I pay the overdraft everymonth by myself now because my contract with Octogen has ended and i havent skipped any month since i started paying the overdraft..It was not my fault for it to be left behind as i trusted Octogen with my money i was very sure they would handle all my debts and clear my name..Iam truely unhappy because i have been requesting this clearance certificate since 2017 but stil i havnt received it to a point that i can no longer recommend my colleagues to get assistance through Octogen because of the way my case is being treated..Iam debt free as i write this but my name is not cleared and my life is on hold as i have finished building my house but i cant do the comoletions and designs of the house because of Octogen..If i do not get assistance as soon as possible i will take legal actions against the company because this has been dragging om for too long.
