Need help or answers octogen took my money for almost 5years

To whom it may concern: Good day my name is Gordon, in 2015 I went to old mutual in eikestad mall stellenbosch, looking for a loan, I spoke a lady named Martinique Hoogbaard she told me that I don't qualify and said she can send me to someone who can help me. She then took me to the counter right in the corner to a gentleman named Mr jenovan who told me that I must go under dept review to help me with all my depts, he saw that I am a police official and told me that he has a lot of police men on his books that he help in the past, he was so good in what he told me I immediately believed him. He then told me that dept review is only for 5 years and I can also include my vehicle, he told me to open a new bank account and to come back to him which I did.he even told me that I do not even have to pay any of my depts that month. I then started to pay octogen R4100 in the beginning of that year, as the years go by my premium went up I later paid octogen 4600. In 2019 I went back to old mutual to speak to the octogen guy, a lady told me that jenovan do not work there anymore he works for the head office now, she then took me to the same counter in the corner, but the was a new guy sitting there Mr Frans, I asked him, seeing that I have only one years left to pay octogen I would like to see my balance,he asked me what specific I told him my vehicle, he said I must come back in 5 working days I then said OK and went home after the 5 working days I went back Mr Frans was not there I asked a old mutual staff member where Mr Frans was, he said Frans is at old mutual branch in somerset west, I went there, Mr Frans told me that I should come and see him in stellenbosch. I then phoned nedbank and they put me through to MFC where they told me that I still have to pay R129 000,but my vehicle was R150 000 and paid my vehicle for 1year R3100. I then went back to Mr Frans at old mutual stellenbosch to find out he does not work there anymore as well. I I'm so stressed out because I now pay all my accounts myself after making arrangements, I canseled octogen (my dept review) and have to pay them R100 every month for canceling. For almost 5years of paying octogen non of my accounts where paid off I had to it myself and that puts strain on my marriage and day to day living. I really need help because as today still I'm paying my vehicle which I bought in 2014,and 2 loans Octogen could not help me I just need help please Regards. Gordon
