My debt has tripled in 3 years

After my last complaint dated 24/12/2015 I received a call from Adishka - Customer services agent. She promised to resolve and revert to me by no later than 4/01/2016 as their offices were closing for the holidays. To date i have not heard a word from them so i stopped my debt order to catch their attention. To my surprise I received the life threatening FORM 86.5S....was this to scare the life out of me ??? I don't know. No feedback..No communication...no emails...no telephone calls to resolve..JUST THE FORM 86.5S. I have read through the complaints listed on hello peter and it seems like we are all experiencing more or less the same problem. Surely something can be done ???. I am up to my wits with these people they have caused me nothing but stress and worry. Will this ever get better ????
