my debt councelling account

I have app**** for debt counselling and they have been debiting in my account every month but I've been getting calls from Nedbank saying they have not received payment for 2 month I send an e-mail tried to call them but I didn't get a respond even today, I really don't know who to talk to and I'm really frustrated because they were supposed to help me with my debts but they are not doing that and the worst part is that they now say I owe them R375 I don't know what it is for no one is explaining anything to me. please help me
