Mislead by Debt counselor

I have been under debt review since 2018 and in December 2023 They told me I had paid up all my accounts. However, Capitec informed me that i still owe them 90,000. Octogen could not verify with the bank why i owe the bank that kind of money. I believe they had my best interest at heart and cannot help me at all with the issue they created or never updated. The court order they had seems as if it has been tampered with and also my debt counselor has not been actively involved and only last month spoke to my new debt counselor. They did not even inform me that my previous debt counselor left the company. I paid up all my other debt according to Octogen my accounts were paid up and fell off the payment plan. They constantly refer me to different consultants. To date, they are telling me that I owe them R1124 all they want is a commission. Don't use this company for debt review. They dont keep you updated at all regarding your balances. I really need help sorting this matter out.
