Listed on the credit bureau by Octogen

After I cancelled my Debt counselling with Octogen and paying there outstanding fees they listed me on the credit bureau stating that I was still under Debt counselling . I never signed there legal document they sent me and therefore have no contract with them . The sent me a Terminating Service of Debt Counsellor letter in which they <br> stated the following - [please note that your Debt Counselling status on the Credit Bureau has not been removed or amended ]. I am doing a better job dealing with my Credit Providers directly. I want Octogen remove or change my status at the Credit Bureau .<br> <br> Thank You
