She asked octogen to help her to pay her bedts now she is done paying her debt and octogen over paid bayport so bayport told us that they can't refund us because we were not the one who was paying them and they are going to take the over payment to octogen and octogen will refund us. We did contact octogen and they send us an email stating that they are still awaiting for bayport to send the money now on Friday 2020/09/04 I received a call from bayport saying that they have sent the money back to octogen on 2020/08/19 and they even sent me a paid up letter.
