Issuing Clearance certificate
It's been 7 weeks now and I haven't received my clearance certificate yet though I received a message stating that my clearance certificate is been issued out to Octogen and myself. Kindly assist I've send messages to Octogen but I never received any reply

With reference to and in response of your posting.
Please be advised that your concern has been escalated to the manager of that area, and you should be receiving a response shortly.
However,I do wish to advise that your records were emailed to the email address that you had provided at the onset of your debt review application. the email address that you have listed on this enquiry is not the same and that could be the reason that you may not have received the relevant information that was sent in April already.
