Insurance products from my debt councilor

I received two emails from a Jean-Pierre Du Plessis offering me INNOVATIVE INSURANCE PRODUCTS at the request of N Nell from octogen. My problem with this is that no where did I offered to receive promotional products from octogen and yet they use my CONFIDENTIAL information to send me these types of emails. Does it mean every employee there can access my profile and identify a product to sell to me? I thought I am under debt review to help me get rehabilitated from undertaking unnecessary debt. OCtogen never comes back to you with a query but will jump at the opportunity to supply you with insurance products. By the way N Nell I have never spoken to you so I dont know where did you get the authority to make requests on my behalf I am still waiting for updated balances on my repayment plan from 2013 I would suggest you spend your energy looking into that.
