Im dissatisfied

I would hereby like to make an enquiry with regards an account that i had with Nedbank . I was under debt review and my debt review company is Octogen . I paid all the amounts that were owing to all my cand this was reflected in their monthly statements . These statements reflected that My Nedbank credit card was paid in full as of 21.07.2021 . I recently just contacted Nedbank and they stated that the account had an outstanding balance of R1880. Up to that moment i had never been made aware of this outstanding amount because I was told that since i was going under debt review , my debt would be taken care of by the debt counsellor so it came as an unwlecomed surprise to find out that there was such an amount . I have since forwarded my statements to Nedbank from Octogen 6 Days ago and there has been no further correspondence with regards this matter . I would appreciate further advice with regards to this matter
