I need them to transfer my file to my debt clearance lawyers

On that day 19 April 2023, I was excited to be receiving the help that I needed from Octogen. So I wrote this comment out of excitement and it did felt like I was talking to someone who was listening to me and givin me the help that I needed. I wrote down that comment and rated them with 5 stars for that. But now I wish I didn't. I was told that the first 4 months were for their legal fees and after that they would be paying my debt. So I was payin an amount of R1860 for 5 months, it's 4 months of their legal fees and an extra month. After that 5th month I kept receiving calls from the places that I owed, saying they haven't received a sent from them. Then I decided to cancel their payment arrangements, as I decided to pay every debt that I had buy myself. Which I did that and got successfully for paying every single one. Their arrangements ended in October 2023, since that month I was never told that there was an outstanding amount that I still have to pay them. They were no calls made from Octogen asking for the remaining balance. But I just heard that I was transferred to their lawyer, which are Buffalo attorneys and still even them they never called me about this remaining amount. It's been 2 and half years now with no contact from them. So I have debt clearance company that is helping me to get rid of this debt review tag on my name. When they were asking for my file from octogen they declined the request as they said I still owe them. They gave them the contact number that I should call, which I did call no replies and tried octogen they don't pick up, sent emails still no replies. My question is how are they holding my file knowing that it's their fault that I never paid this remaining amount, even though don't believe I owe them. As at this point I'm the one who's trying to get ahold of them but I can't get through to them. I desperately need this debt review tag off on my name.
