I finished paying my debts through Octogen debt counselor, but they are so *********** on their side on the 10th of May they sent me an sms confirming that they had requested paid up letters from my creditors, but I have already sent them all paid up letter except one letter from capital data ref#: *** because the account was still outstanding so when it was paid up they struggled to obtain the letter I had to call Capital Data myself and they confirmed that they had sent the letters to octogen but octogen is still waiting for the letter. I requested that capital data send the letter to me instead so that I can forward it to octogen hoping that these guys can now send my clearance certificate to Credit bureau and to me. Octogen only cares when they sign you up but when they are done they do not care at all.
