Huge unauthorized debit

This company is a digrace. Last night they did an unauthorized debit from my account of over R8000.00. I attempted to have it reversed by the bank this morning but was unable to. This can apparently only be done on Monday. So now I havent a cent in my account for anything for my family.

What a disgace of a company.
