Frustrated client

I have completed my debt review process, was paying via PDA. i have requested for the clearance certificate and i am told to pay R2 351.85 in order for the clearance process to begin. Why are you still requiring more money from me, i have paid all the restructuring and administration fees before i could even finish paying all the debts. i am very disappointed because i have finished paying in Oct 2024, some end balance in March 2025, however i am the one always calling and emailing to request assistance with no luck. i need to be removed, this thing is ruining my life. please take me serious
