Form 19
My name is Janet, I was under debt counsel in Octegen, Ive managed to pay ooff all my bills. I called them to request form 19 to show that i'm no longer under debt review, they told me to send payed up letters which I did a week back.To my surprise last week friday 19/02 they called me saying i havent send email, which i did. This has being happening for a while cause i really need to get form 19.
