Extremely bad service

I have sent my paid up letters from the back to octogen 4 times, logged numerous calls and still nothing. I have been asking for my clearance certificate for 2 months now but they refuse to work with you. I still get SMS about debit orders and threats of being handed over if I don’t pay Octogen. This company is a joke and i will not recommend anyone to deal with them
