Doesnt stick to their own policies

Though i had good experiences with them, the worst is to try and get my certified debt clearance certificate out of them. ON THEIR OWN EMAIL THEY STATE THEY HAVE A POLICY TO SEND THE CERTIFIED CERTIFICATE WITHIN 5 DAYS.

Guess what, 5 days came and went and i am struggling to get this out of them. Apparently they have no one working in their clearance department. How can a company that is responsible for so many peoples debt restructuring have no one working in their clearance department.

And from memory the last time i was at their offices there were people there (commisioner of oaths) that was able to certify documents but now all of a sudden there is none.

The amount of money i have no lost of phone calls and times writing emails (which goes unanswered) is insane just to get what i should have already received from them.

Dear Sir,

With reference to and in response of your posting.

The NCA is explicit on its instruction to Debt Counsellors when it relates to the issuance of a clearance certificate. The Debt Counsellor has a period of seven days in which to issue a client with a clearance certificate once all requirements have been met. In your case this was done within one day of receipt of all your documents, we then are allotted an addition seven days to file a Certified copy with all relevant parties, in your case this was concluded within three working days after issue.

The four emails that you sent in short succession on even date, will be responded to by myself on the relevant platform.

Kindest Regards
Sonnette Kretschmer
