Does my review or experience with octogen don't matter to anyone

Good day I don't know what to say anymore or what to do my credit score is bad because of hyphen octogen and old mutual staff who introduced me to octogen I canselled octogen dept review and pay my bills self now but still octogen is deducting canselation fees but in almost 5 years octogen deduct R4600 and my depts is still not paid half way
