Disgused by their poor service

I'm under debt review paying off my own accounts. I finished all and have 1more left but apparently Truworths which was paid up years ago and in store is stl reflecting coz they didn't receive a paid up letter. I called truworths headoffice and even consumer friendly. Truworths can't even pick up any details of mine on their system and octogen just can't understand that I can NOT provide them with a paid up letter. I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor and she was on a call. I asked thag she returned my call and and still nothing. They're *********** I'm sorry.
