disappointed

I made an application for debt review with octogen, and later on cancelled the application. To my surprise when I app**** for loan with absa,I was informed that I am under debt review,I requested that my name be cleared and was told to provide proof that I have a debt review listing. What do I have to do to have the listing removed from my report?
