I approach Octogen to ensure that I will be able to meet all my debt and pay lower interest once they made the application for debt review. They plan they produced to me has never realized. They purposely produce a plan with lower total value just to procure a client. I am now paying on a longer payment plan with account running into areas which they never accounted for properly. They however don't want to take accountability for their negligence and want me to rather sort it out.
