Debt review with Octogen Hyphen

My experience with octogen is a very bad one cause I entered into an agreement with the to pay or settle my debts but what they did was my first five payments they never paid the service providers but their legal team and by law they were supposed to only pay the the first two months . I then reversed the two payments and now I want my three payments of R4798.00 back because they failed me and now I'm sucked .please help
