Debt review statu

I have joined octogen 2019 in March if i can still remember and i was owing a total of R29k for all my debts. So what happened was that Octogen said they will assist me but they debited for about 7 months without paying my debits so wen i asked the consultant Zanele Ndlovu why are they not paying the creditors she said to me i have high areas which i didn't understand 🤔 and from the first place why was i introduced to this because i don't own any property or vehicle finance. Still you still sending me emails and sms for me to pay fees would like to know which fees are u guys referring to cause you guys have deposited enough fees already. This is making me mad really.
