Debt review removal query

I have received poor service today from you! My attorney 16 days ago emailed you the court order to advise that I'm no longer over indebted and that you should update my records,however you have not. I forwarded her email to your company today and also called to follow up and I see that my case is being handled by a person called " Adiksha Singh" when I called to request feedback I was advised she is on smoke break however my first message was passed to her for her to call me and she did not. I called 3 times! I am so annoyed, please handle this matter with urgency!
