Debt review removal after divorce

My ex husband took a debt review and we divorced and the court ordered that each party must pay for his / her debts... I contacted Octogen and they said I must send dirvoce decree they will remove me after sending the documents they told me I must find my ex husband and him to pay for his debts I told them I do not have any communication with him anymore... Please help I'm stuck because of this debt review thing it was even initiated by me.
