Debt Review Removal
I recently wrote a review about struggling to clear my name from debt review with Octogen, only for them to now have excuses after sending all my paid up letters to them. I really need help is there anyone who is able to assist me. Im sick and tired of this people wasting my time

The issuance of the Clearance Certificate is a legal one, and as such requires careful scrutiny and confirmation of all of the facts contained therein.
We have noted that your Debt Review application has been withdrawn and your Debt Counsellor has no mandate to obtain any information or paid up letters on your behalf.
The issuance of the Clearance Certificate is a legal one, and as such requires careful scrutiny and confirmation of all of the facts contained therein.
We have noted that your Debt Review application has been withdrawn and your Debt Counsellor has no mandate to obtain any information or paid up letters on your behalf.
In order for our offices to issue a Clearance Certificate (Form 19) you would need to provide our offices with all the paid up letters on all accounts that were initially included in the Debt Review application, in order to issue the requested document.
If there are any errors in the issuing of the Form 19, your Credit Status will not be updated by the NCR or the Credit Bureaus.
