Debt review

I am at my wits end with this company. In January 2022 I app**** for an assessment with them. The initial consultant, Leighandra, informed me that I can apply without my husbands debts and we continued with the assessment. Then sent my details to Anja Van Tonder. She then informed me that if I dont include my husbands debts she will have to cancel my debt review of which they did, under the pretences that I withdrew which I didnt. Fast forward I now have to speak to a Lerato that probably has no idea what is happening. Whenever I call I get answered with frustration and attitude of which I dont understand. When they called initially they knew how to speak to me, now Im treated like trash. With no assistance, I am so discouraged.
