Debt Review

On the 26 March 2014 my wife and I did an application for debt review due to being over indebted and a 17.2B was issued on the 17th April 2014 without receiving all the supporting documents that was requested from us. Can this document (17.2b) be issued without the relevant /supporting documents? What’s more surprising, is that The matter only went to court on the 31 April 2016 almost 3 years after the application was done and no one at Octogen bothered to review our application and do an affordability check . My wife and I has since had salary increases over the years and can now afford to pay our creditors. In addition, the R18258 that we paid for your services to date is a lot more than the R6000 restructuring and service fee as set out in the NCR guidelines. Please could you take the time to review our application as our financial circumstances have dramatically changed?
