Debt amount increased 3times more in 3 years

I have been paying Octogen since 2012 to handle my debts. They listed me on ITC as under debt review 2012. Since then every 3 months i received an sms to send through my updated payslip, ID and proof of address. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE SENT EVERYTIME!!!!! Upon investigation I found that in 3 years my case was never granted a court order due to outstanding documentation..*** ? I then contacted Octogen to retract my debt review as my income increased and i can now manage my own debts better than Octogen !!! I was avoided for a while until I hired an attorney to handle my case. I requested a statement for proof of payments to my debtors since inception only to realize that my debt has now tripled over the three years. My STD bank debt went from R56000 to R124000 in three years..My lawyer is still investigating the rest of my accounts. I have made several attempts to contact Octogen regarding my debt review and to date NOTHING !!! THEY ARE NEVER LATE ON TAKING THE PAYMENT EVERY MONTH...WHILST MY FINANCIAL LIFE SUFFERS. I am utterly disgusted at their service and lack of respect for their clients. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WE ENTRUST TO HELP US WITH OUR FINANCIAL CRISIS....PATHEIC !
