Credit report issue
I am extremely upset. Your rep went to the system without my consent and made an enquiry. I dont care if old mutual referred me to you guys and i thought i was gonna receive tutorials to improve my credit score but no... The lady went to make an enquiry on my credit report after a 1 min conversation. I want that nonsense removed instantly.
