Credit bureau- Debt review Flag removed

Good day,

I am actually ****ed off with Octogen!! I went off from Debt review 2017, paid up letters was issued HTN Attorneys in 2017 already. Which then meant at the time I was still under debt review and my debt was paid up YOU AS MY DEBT REVIEW COMPANY HAD TO SEND MY CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS BUT YOU FAILED TO DO SO and the flag under debt review had to be removed 4 YEARS AGO!!!! You waited 4 years for me to send you a ****en paid up letter for an account that was paid up years ago??? Do you not understand how you mess up lives??? I paid you for a ****en service that you did not follow through on???? I will be taking this further and not leaving this as is.

You guys refused to assist me this week and I will definitely be going to Hello Peter and Facebook regarding this. You can actually mess up peoples lives!!!

Have you guys at least submitted the clearance letter/ Form 19 to the credit Bureaus? Also now I am told I need a certified clearance letter/Form 19? You must be ****en kidding me right??

I want the head of the complaints department or the MD to contact me. THIS HAS BEEN A WEEK OF HELL DEALING WITH *********** PEOPLE. YOU DEALING WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES AND CREDIT SCORING BUT YOU GUYS DON'T CARE AS LONG AS YOU GOT ****EN PAYMENT!!!
