Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Octogen *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I got a response from Octogen claiming that they have sent me my clearance letter. I have sent them an email of which they did not respond to, I called them this morning again I was answered by Lindiwe she transferred me to Fediric.. Fediric as always did not answer until the call went back to the first consultant. They do not have my email address after so many years and I have never changed my email address from high school. If they where checking their emails they where going to see my email that I have sent a month back. Please Octogen take us serious, you responded on my complain like the matter os resolved.. it is not resolved until I get the correct clearance letter, I will complain everyday if this is what it takes. *** is my email address.
