CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE WHEN DONE PAYING DEBTS

You know due to the economic state that we find ourselves on , we seek financial help on companies that we simple google and have no reference on in terms of someone who has used that service and was helped and it is really disappointing for someone for years to be put under debt review because you really needed a break financially and the service rendered when applying is so good that you actually trust that your financial state and credit record is in good hands. Then you finally decide to push settling because you can now breathe and you no longer want to be under the review , yes I understand these things they take time but honestly if one has paid up and what's to be removed from all this and be cleared why must it be such a mission why back and forth , now how do you even trust the process of even refer others . These things are just not right shame at all they are just disappointing I honestly thought it was best solution now its becoming a nightmare to get a clearance certificate. If there was something missing for needed why it takes weeks and weeks why can't 1 person be appointed to assist and follow up and close the case why must now we run around after the firm when it comes to updates and follow up . Well I am told to be patient but I have been very patient that I am so loosing it now. I wouldn't really recommend people to go under such things. Patiently waiting for them to finish up , I was told by calling and sending email seeking feedback I am disturbing their process but if they were giving feedback I wouldn't be disturbing the process. So very disappointed shame .
