clearance certificate
i wrote on hello peter regarding my clearance certificate from octogen then they send an email that my f19 will be issued within 15days and they said i must send R460 to receive the certificate.when i do follow up after i paid the lady said it takes 4weeks after pop.but the sms said after 15days it was send on the 12 of august

I have checked and our records reflect that the Proof of payment was received on the 14/09/2022.
The turn around time from the receipt of the information is 7-14 working days, which expires on the 4th of October.
Your matter is receiving attention and you should be in receipt of your Clearance Certificate shortly.

Your Clearance Certificate has been issued, however, the documentation needs to be signed off by the Commissioner of Oaths, that should happen today or tomorrow and then you will receive your documents.
