Clearance Certificate
Please assist in getting my mom's Clearance Certificate. We have received most if not all of her paid up letters. However there's a company that is lacking behind. What I don't get is why is it so difficult to get them to respond but you guys were making payments to them?

With reference to and in response of your concern.
The Company that is lacking is Blue Financial Services, and yes, payments were made to them in 2017. The Problem is that the Debt Counsellor has to work within the confines of the legislation as set out in the National Credit Act. Despite several attempts to try and establish contact with this company, our attempts have all proved fruitless, as they are not operating in the industry any more.
We will however continue with our attempts to establish contact and provide your mother with the Clearance Certificate as soon as we are able to.
