Clearance Certificate

A couple of months ago I requested a clearance certificate on my mother's account which you were handling. And I was told you still looking for the last company to send a paid up letter. Which you have since failed to access. My dad who is married in community of property with my mom is liable to the debts and judgements has since gone to his bank who then assisted with the search. We return to you with results and you want my parents to now pay for the certificate? What kind of service did you render to us?

In response to your listing above, please be advised that I am not able to locate you parents details on the information that you have provided, you will need to supply me with their details as well as a Power of Attorney mandate authorizing you to act on their behalf.

Please be advised that there are aftercare fees due and payable in the amount R 320.92, this advice was forwarded to the client on 15/03/2022. We are not able to proceed with the issue of the clearance certificate, whilst fees are outstanding.

Please settle this amount into the account details that were provided at the time and submit the proof of payment as a matter of urgency, in order for your request to move forward.

I just checked the email and the amount is R168,12 not the above mentioned. The email was sent by Cheryl. So you guys **** people? Get your act together and do the right thing. My mom isn't obligated to pay anything since she even had to do your job for you, finding the remaining debtor. Of which you failed. Sies

I guess I'll assist my mom in writing her own report using her own email address. In as much you are running a shady business just know we are also smart. The NCR will know about this.
