Clear my name

I once went to old mutual for a consolidation loan but to my suprise there was a debit order that states Octogen which I didn't know about and I reversed it up until now, I never paid it,I think it was 2017.

Now when I go to other credit providers they are saying I am under debt review with Octogen, when I contact them, they said I owe them +- 6000 which I disagree because I never paid them anything, now they are saying, they handed over this matter to their lawyers. At Octogen I spoke to Lindiwe Gwala.

Octogen must clear my name as soon as possible.
