Charging a Disabled Person for services not rendered

In 2014 I only enquired with Octogen about debt review and they without my knowledge registered me for debt review. 9 years later I try to apply for housing only to find out that there is a flag on my name. I call them to remove the flag only for them to tell me that I have to call all my creditors and get paid up letters share these with them and then pay them to give me a clearance certificate!!! How do I pay them for doing their job for them? Using all my resources and airtime as a disabled pension collector??? This is beyond disgusting and they can't give me good reason for charging me a fee for doing their job! This is inhumane!

I have been in contact with my creditors and once again, you have not gotten back to them nor are you answering their calls. You have also not rep**** here as you promised yesterday nor have I receive the email you said I will receive. Are you deliberately trying to sabotage me, put my name in disrepute or trying to prevent me from moving on with my life? I demand a response and answers!

I am now absolutely sick and tired of these people at Octogen! I have sent you all the information you need in order to remove this flag from my profile! You haven't responded since last week and you have still not rep**** to my other Hello Peter enquiry either! I am reporting you to NCR and getting the Counsel for Debt collectors involved too! You will not get away with this! Because of you and your delay in everything I am about to lose my housing offer!! You are also expecting me to pay for running around collecting information you are supposed to do on my behalf!!!!! You are giving me anxiety and will be the cause of hospitalisation!!!!! CALL ME NOW!!!!!!!!
