Certificate of clearance!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good day. I have been waiting for my certificate of clearance from Octogen since October, however it seems like I'm being sent from pillar to post. I spoke to Sonnette Kretschmer on the 31st October 2022 from their complaints department, who assured me that she had escalated same. I have not received feedback in this regard. Can you please assist that they issue me with same so I can get on with my life.
