Cant get through to these guys

After trying numerous times to contact you and asking for details where my wife can send her papers that she was without a job, you guys ignored us!

Me and my wife are under debt review at you guys, and we would really appreciate a bit more effort on your side as this is not something we are proud of.

My wife tried to contact you throughout december and january, and the one on the otherside of the phone always said she will send the details through! After about 20 attempts and still nothing, my wife finds out you guys suspended everything and said we owe you money! During this time we had to reverse our payments to you as we were not making ends meet, as my wife was without a job! After we found out you suspended the review without any help or notification from you, we decided we will pay the money we owe you! This I can totaly agree with, the problem is, the lady we were speaking to said we should pay the money, but cant give us an amound we need to pay each month, etc, etc, she just said we should pay and se what happens!

As I am not very fond of just throwing my money away, we asked what would happen if we pay this money and she just told us we wil have to wait and see! This is totally messed up, so I should go out and pay you guys money, without any assurances what will happen then!

All while the companies we owe money still expect their payment but I cant to a single thing because we are under debt review!

You guys probably have the worst service, just behind telkom! We came to you for help, we *****ed up, but expecting me to do something without written proof or a “just pay and see what happens” attitude doesnt work for me!
