Bad, Worst service Octogen Debt Review

On the 12 August 2019 I send my paid up letters at octogen debt review, I've waiting 7 to 14 days for respond, I call them I spoke to Thabisile Ndlovu. Client liaison officer. She told me that I can't get my clearance certificate because I need to send her paid up letters, for fnb, discovery credit card, cell c, foschini. I explained to her that I don't owe discovery credit card, cell c and foschini, I had to call discovery , fnb, foschini to request letter that say I don't owe them, discovery and Fnb send me statement. And foschini told that because the third part that they send me to must give me the paid up letter, I told that lady from foschini I have a letter from Mbd and she said I must use that letter. And Thabisile Ndlovu want up letters, I have attached all the paid up letters, I don't know want she want now, my life is stuck because of octogen debt review, they don't do they job, I regret the day I ask for assistance, I have email confirming our conversation with Thabisile Ndlovu, I hard to get a clearance certificate from them, i spoke to Sharon customer care manager last week, am not winning at all. i payed all the creditors that i owe by myself because they where failling to to pay them, i was receiving calls from the creditor not getting the payment from octogen, but they debiting on my account.
