Bad Service Octogen
Attention Mangement @ Octogen
On 12 Sep 2022 : 16:11 I emailed your office regarding an email I received from MFC Nedbank on same date (12 Sep) regarding arrears which accrued on my car finance.
I was in total shock as I know that my account was paid every single month via Octogen and I never skipped any premium since my inception of being on debt review.
With this being my first notification of being in arrears I tried to make sense of this and when I compared my monthly installment on this MFC account I realised that my monthly premium was reduced from R3584.10 (Feb 2022) to R988.25 (Mar 2022). This was all done by Octogen in a very reckless manner.
After a week of sending numerous follow ups I still did not receive any feedback on my ticket no's #962378, #962379 #962381.
I warned Octogen that this matter is serious and they did not show any empathy towards me as there customer. This is not the first time this is happening as a client of Octogen, you only need to look at my records and amount of emails sent for different issues on my total debt review account.
When also looking closely at my account I note that since Sep 2021 I am paying towards an account for Groenewald Lubbe Inc on *** (R571.66) which is nowhere stipulated in my debt review documents dated 9 Feb 2016. The amounts towards this account suddenly stopped in Mar 2022 and was replaced by an FNB account for the amount of R1736.69.
It is clear from my records that my pemiums are adjusted Nilly Willy along the way and also paying for reference numbers (CAL60739) which is not even part of my debt review.
How is it possible for my Wonga Loan to be still running if the original amount was set as R 4181.85 nearly 6 years ago. Is this possible for the outstanding balance to be R250 000.00 - How is this even possible,
I need urgent intervention on this enquiries which had no feedback so far from Octogen. They never call back, they never respond to any of my emails.
I just had it with them now hence my review on helo peter. This is in pure desperation.
Whether Octogen will reply to my email I am not sure, but this is not what I expected afterbeing 6 years under debt review. I need Octogen to take ownership of my account and do a proper

I am extremely worried that all of this still to happen to me. I already had enough after 6 years, I am no where, I am almost worst off.
If Debt Review is supposed to make your life easier, then I or chose the wromng company or it is an absolute lie.
Do you have an idea when will I get feedback to my inquiries, and when will the first refund be paid to me.
I had to pay R9550 for my car to not be lifted from my premises. And now I am again R2500 in arrears for the current month because you as Octogen messed up my account.
How will you help me to put me in a better situation? Sonette Kretschmer, can you please advise how you as Octogen going to help me as a client?
I need help and I need it very very urgently.
