Bad Service | Octagen

I have been placed under review a last couple of years back which, Hyphen came highly recommended. After having began with the review I noticed that it did not assist me in any way that was promised and stopped - started paying creditors myself until March when I finally finished.

To cut the story short, I have been engaging with them since to obtain a clearance certificate. It took about 8 days for me to get a response to confirm what they require from me and was provided with details on where to send the info. I went to creditors to get the info and sent to them on the 26 May 2020 and followed up on the 1st June as no response until this day. I am now assuming it will take them another 8 days to revert back to me with another requirement, which the 8th day is tomorrow by the way. That is how bad their service is, considering they are placing themselves there to be making a difference in peoples finances. Sorry for me i have never had great experiences with them and thank you God now I know better.

Just a bit of advice to Octagen, it does help to acknowledge a customer's communication even if you do not have answers for them.
