Bad service

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I requested to cancel my contract with them on October 25th, but as of November 11, 2024, I have not received any communication from them, not even a confirmation of receipt for my email. When I called, they took my ID number and cellphone to get back to me, but I haven't heard anything yet.
