Bad SERVICE and incorrect amounts listed on PDA Statements!!!!
I signed up with Octogen in 2021 and every time I receive my PDA Statement my creditors balances are inflated!!! When I can see the actual amounts, ONE example, Capitec Loan R47k , PDA statement over R200k!!!!! The debt review is supposed to be done Nov 2026 and they now telling me 2030, how can that be!!!! I email and call nothing gets updated! my next resort is to send a formal complaint to NCR as I am fed up!
