Bad service

I am left in the dark by octogen shem. I was paying up on two accounts. Till this agent's called me and offered me a better payback strategy. They then gave me a contract that summed up all my accounts to pay through them. It's been 3 months since I paid up all my accounts and the only thing I received was a paid up letter. Which shows that I have made all my payments in full. Then when it's time for them to issue with my clearance certificate. They are trying to be unreachable. And now when I call Trans union and the credit bureau. They tell me to call these guys. Is there any help in clearing my Name on the credit bureau?
